Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, with most orders arriving within 3–5 business days.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes. All cigar shipments require an adult signature at delivery. This requirement cannot be waived.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. Due to adult signature requirements, shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. SmōkHaus is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts.

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are considered final once delivered. Exceptions are made only for incorrect or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact SmōkHaus within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only on a limited, case by case basis. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded.
