We work with a limited number of boutique manufacturers whose focus is craftsmanship, consistency, and long term brand integrity. Inventory is consigned, stored, and sold under the SmōkHaus retail license, with fulfillment, compliance, and customer experience handled in house.

What Private Reserve Is

Private Reserve is not a marketplace and not a wholesale program.

Brands accepted into Private Reserve consign inventory to SmōkHaus. We manage product presentation, storage, sales, fulfillment, and customer service through a licensed and compliant retail platform. Products are sold directly to verified adult consumers.

This structure allows brands to reach a national audience while remaining focused on production and quality.

How the Relationship Works

Accepted brands supply inventory on consignment. SmōkHaus acts as the retail seller and merchant of record. Products are sold at agreed pricing, and brands receive monthly payouts based on actual sales.

There are no upfront listing fees. Participation is performance based and reviewable.

Consideration Process

Private Reserve operates on a review basis.

Brands seeking consideration submit basic information about their operation, products, and current sales channels. Submissions are reviewed individually. Not all brands are accepted.
